Stølesmauet Guesthouse & Apartments
Situated in the heart of historic Bergen directly behind the famous Bryggen. Also The Fishmarket, the Funicular, and the city center are all within a few minutes walk from our street. The guesthouse consists of two houses, number 9 in which we rent out a 2 bedroom apartment, and number 2b in which we have 4 rooms available for rent. Occasionally we will also have other apartments and rooms available. These will all be of the same standard and normally with the same facilities as our other lodgings. All rooms can also be fitted with a baby bed free of charge. Some of the bedrooms can also be rented and used as living rooms or offices on request. You will find bakery, grocery store, cafes and restaurants in the very close neighborhood. The scenic walkways of Fjellveien and Fløyen are also easily accessible. A walk exploring in the historic area of tight alleyways, known as "smau", that is surrounding the house is a great experience in itself.
STØLESMAUET APARTMENT Stølesmauet 9 was built in the 1760`s, but has been renovated in the last years. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, a living room with double sleeping bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished with a dishwasher, a TV connected with a DVD player, free wireless internet connection. STØLESMAUET GUESTHOUSE
Stølesmauet 2b was built in the early 1700's. All of the 4 rooms are located on the first floor. Here we have 2 large and 2 small double rooms. The toilet and the shower room are two separated rooms. The first floor of Stølesmauet 2b can also be rented as a unit, if you wish for more privacy. Facilities for preparing a simple breakfast are available.
